Two screens at once, on one device.
Twinin is a browser that splits your iPhone or iPad screen top and bottom (left and right in landscape). Watch a video on one side while you look something up on the other, point the camera at a document while you read reference material, or record a meeting and follow the transcript as it appears. Drag the divider with your finger to give either side as much room as you want.

Cuts ads on web pages. Add a site to the allowlist if it does not render properly.

Saved passwords and autofill
Passwords live in the data-protection Keychain and are unlocked with Face ID or your passcode.
RSS home
Collect the feeds you follow into one list and scan the latest headlines. Choose how many articles show per page and page through them.
Open in the other pane
Pin a pane and links you tap open on the other side, so a list and an article sit next to each other.

Download videos
Save videos from supported sites to your device, including segmented (HLS) streams.
Background playback and PiP
Audio continues when you switch apps, and video can move to a floating window.
Circular scrubbing
Trace the circle with your finger to jump around a long video quickly.
Four videos at once
Play four videos side by side in a quad layout.
Auto-play the next video
When one video ends, the next one in the same folder plays in name order.
Camera
Live view on one side, controls on the other
See what the camera sees at full size while you zoom and shoot from the other pane. Swap the two whenever you like.
Photo and video
Grid, self-timer, front/back switching, tap to focus, pinch to zoom. Save what you shoot to Photos.
Document camera
Show papers or objects on one side and read your reference on the other. Rotate, mirror, lock focus and freeze the frame.
QR codes and text
Scan a QR code or barcode and open the URL straight away in the other pane. Printed text can be recognised too.
Recording and transcription
Transcribed on your device
Uses NVIDIA's Parakeet converted to Core ML for Japanese. Audio is never sent to a server.
Text arrives on a set interval
Choose 5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds. Each segment is added with a timestamp while you keep recording.
Transcription and recording toggle separately
Read the text without keeping the audio, or keep the audio without transcribing — either works.
The model downloads in-app
Download the speech model from inside the app, and delete it again when you no longer need it.
File sharing
Send files and text between devices on the same Wi-Fi network. Nothing travels over the internet — it stays on the local network.

- A one-time Premium purchase unlocks the advanced camera features (unlimited recording, 4K, freeze frame in the document camera, text recognition, saved scan history and the self-timer) and removes the full-screen ad before downloads.

Requirements
Runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17.0 or later. The transcription model is about 700 MB, so Wi-Fi is recommended for the download.
