Terms of Use
Avold
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the iPhone and iPad app “Avold” (the “App”), especially the Community, where you share records with other users. By using the App or sharing records in the Community, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
The Community uses an anonymous account with a nickname and an icon. You may not use a nickname that impersonates another person or organization, or that is hurtful to others.
You can delete your account from the App at any time.
2. Prohibited content (zero tolerance)
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post records or nicknames that contain, or engage in, any of the following:
• Obscene, violent, discriminatory or hateful content, or content that harasses, threatens, bullies or defames others
• Personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. of yourself or others)
• Illegal activity or its promotion, or inappropriate content related to drugs, weapons or gambling
• Advertising, solicitation, spam or links to external sites
• Content that infringes others’ rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.)
• Mass posting by automated or unfair means, attacks on the server, or anything that interferes with the App
3. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can report or block objectionable records and users from within the App. Blocking hides each other’s records.
The developer reviews reports and aims to act within 24 hours. Records that violate these Terms are removed or hidden, and users who violate them are banned from the Community without notice. Records reported by multiple users are hidden automatically until reviewed.
4. Your shared records
You keep the rights to records you share. You grant the developer permission to display, store and use them within the App as needed to operate it.
5. About money
Amounts in the App are estimates you enter for money you “didn’t spend.” They do not represent actual deposits or assets. The App does not provide financial or investment advice.
6. Changes to the service
The developer may change the App or the Community, or suspend or end them. If some features become paid (subscription) in the future, this will be announced in the App in advance.
7. Disclaimer
The developer does not guarantee that the App is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App or from interactions between users.
8. Apple’s Standard EULA
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
9. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated as needed and take effect when posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
10. Contact
