PuchiScreen trims the moment you want from a video on your iPhone and sends it to your Apple Watch, so you can enjoy it on your wrist. Version 3.0 adds “Talking Photo”: pick a photo or illustration of a person, type a sentence, and the face moves its lips and speaks. The video you create appears in your list and can be sent to your Watch like any other.
🔒 Trimming, transfer to your Watch, face detection and speech synthesis all happen on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Your videos and photos are never sent to anyone, including the developer. No ads are shown.
🌐 Available in Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian. Talking Photo can speak in more than 60 languages.

Trim and send
Pick a video from Photos or Files, set the start and end by turning a dial, and keep only the part you need. Trimmed clips appear in your list and go to your Apple Watch with one tap.
Transfer status at a glance
See the elapsed time, whether the app is waiting for your Watch to wake up, and whether the Watch is connected. You’re notified when a transfer finishes or fails.

Six sample videos are built in. No download needed — add one to your list with a tap, or trim it to the length you like first.
Import from video sites
Open stock-video sites in the built-in browser, download a clip you like, and trim it.
Talking Photo (new)
The face in a photo speaks
Choose a photo or illustration of a person and type a sentence. Faces are found automatically; if none is found, just place frames over the mouth and eyes.
Lips and expressions that follow your words
Mouth shapes change for every sound, including closed lips. Add a smile, surprise, sadness or anger, plus blinks and subtle head movement.
60+ languages, or your own voice
The language of your text is detected automatically and the most natural voice is chosen. Use the iPhone’s Enhanced and Premium voices, or your Personal Voice.
Straight to your Watch
The video you create is added to the top of your list, where you can play it, rename it or send it to your Watch like any other video.

Tap to play, double-tap to switch display mode (fit / fill / stretch), swipe in a circle to seek, and turn the Digital Crown for volume.
Pick from your list
Videos sent from the iPhone appear in a list on the Watch. Play with the standard player or delete, right on the Watch.
Pricing
- All features are free to use. No ads are shown.
- In the free version, each video sent to the Apple Watch can be up to 10 seconds long, and videos made with Talking Photo include a small “PuchiScreen” mark in the bottom-right corner.
- There is a single one-time purchase, “PuchiScreen Pro Upgrade” — not a subscription. It removes the length limit, unlocks five quality options for trimming, and removes the watermark from talking videos.

Requirements
Requires an iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later. The Apple Watch app requires watchOS 9.0 or later (the Watch is optional — trimming and Talking Photo work on the iPhone alone).
