Faspeech

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This page explains how the iPhone app “Faspeech” (the “App”) handles personal information and data, and describes the analytics used on this website, which introduces the App.

1. Information collected by the developer

The developer of this app does not collect personal information. We never collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts, and no account or sign-in is required.

The photos you choose, the text you type, the synthesized speech and the videos you export are never sent to the developer.

The free version uses Google AdMob to show ads. See “5. Advertising” for the information sent in connection with ads.

2. All processing happens on your device

Face detection (Apple Vision), speech synthesis (iOS text-to-speech), animation of the mouth, eyes and expressions (Metal) and video export all run on your iPhone. Photos, text and audio are never sent to any server.

3. Access to your photos

Photos are loaded through the system photo picker, one photo at a time as you choose it. The app does not request access to your whole photo library.

Exported videos are created as temporary files and handed only to the destination you choose in the share sheet.

4. Information stored on your device

Your settings (expression, motion, voice, language) and the information needed to check your in-app purchase are stored only on your device (UserDefaults and StoreKit). They are never sent to the developer.

Deleting the app removes this information from your device.

5. Advertising (free version)

In the free version, ads from Google AdMob are shown after exporting a video. For users who purchased “Remove Ads & Watermark”, no ads are shown and the ad components are not started.

To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may send information about your device and the app — such as IP address, device type and OS version, approximate location, ad impressions and taps, and, if you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) — to Google and ad partners. Your photos, text and audio are never sent.

In regions such as the European Economic Area and the UK, ad consent is requested at launch using Google’s consent management tool. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad Privacy Settings” in the app’s Settings.

For how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

6. Tracking

In the free version, the app asks for permission to track via App Tracking Transparency. Only if you allow it is the advertising identifier (IDFA) used to show ads more relevant to you.

If you don’t allow tracking, every feature of the app still works (ads will simply not be personalized). You can change this at any time in the Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

7. In-app purchase

The app offers a single one-time (non-consumable) purchase, “Remove Ads & Watermark”. It is not a subscription.

Neither the app nor the developer collects or stores payment information such as credit card details. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store). The app communicates with Apple to verify purchases.

8. Network connections

The app connects to the network only to load and show ads and to check ad consent in the free version (Google), and to purchase and restore the in-app purchase (Apple). No other connections are made.

9. Analytics on this website

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting and uses Google’s Firebase Analytics to understand how the site is used. Information such as pages viewed, referrers, approximate region, and device and browser type may be collected. This concerns visits to this website only and is unrelated to use of the app.

10. Third-party services

The app and this website use services from Apple (App Store / StoreKit) and Google (AdMob / User Messaging Platform / Firebase Hosting / Firebase Analytics). Data handled by these services is subject to each provider’s privacy policy.

11. Using photos of other people

Use photos showing other people only with their permission. Using the app to deceive, impersonate or defame anyone is prohibited.

12. Children’s privacy

The app is not designed primarily for children. The developer does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised without notice due to changes in law or in the app or website. Revised content takes effect when it is posted on this page.
